Refunds and Cancellations
When you click on "reschedule" the website will automatically help you reschedule a service based on your availability.
If you wish to make a cancellation, you need to do it before the cancellation fee window, which is up to 90 minutes before the session. After which you will be charged half price and then full price once the session begins and there hasn't been any cancellation or information from your end.
Please inform us 90 minutes in advance before cancelling or rescheduling any session or service found on the website to do it for free.

In case you are unable to inform before the 90-minute deadline before the session, you will be charged half price for the session and full price once the session begins, unless you and your counsellor decide otherwise or it is an emergency.

Sessions can be rescheduled through the website 24 hours in advance or can be rescheduled through a Whatsapp chat with our customer service team up to 3 hours before a session.
In case you wish to cancel a pricing plan, you can do so in your member's area after signing up/logging in to the website. The website will initiate a refund automatically.
Refunds may take anywhere between 5-7 working days (i.e. Monday-Saturday).
The terms stated above are in reference to all paid services and items found on the website. They are also valid for all paid services we may come up with in the future.
